Job description
Your tasks
- Provide general administration support to the project team
- Professional preparation and coordination of appointments and meetings
- Obtaining offers, handling and approving invoices, handling invoice reminders
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Responsible for supporting the team in an administrative capacity and manage the filing database
- Project documentation support and creation of documents, including PowerPoint presentations, project offers and reports
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Professional experience in an administrative function, preferably in the field of project management and/or the constrution sector
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several projects at one time and meet required deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English and French skills (both written and spoken), Flemish and German are a Plus
